Over five years of volunteering in disability facilities and childcare centers exposed me to human vulnerability beyond systems and structure. This experience deeply shaped how I approach healthcare, emotional design, and AI, not as abstract technologies, but as lived human realities. It revealed that behind every interface is a person navigating complex circumstances.
